I don’t know about you but I find clothes shopping an absolute nightmare. Don’t get me wrong, I love buying new clothes – it’s just the shopping I have a problem with.

Weekends in my city mean that the women’s clothes shops are so busy that I don’t want to go in them and if there’s a sale on then clothes will end up everywhere – on the floor, scattered around the changing rooms and it’s near impossible to find anything.

Luckily, we have the brilliance of online shopping which makes my life, for one, a lot easier. No need to trawl around town and fight your way to the rack only to find they don’t have your size – online clothes shops let you see exactly what you want, which is very handy.

Of course, the only problem with online shopping is that you can’t try anything on but the beauty is that you can try everything on at home and then if you don’t like it, send it back. But you must remember that there are very few individuals who have made it into the fashion scene with little or no formal study. Besides, even the trends in fashion change. What may have been true before is not likely to be true now. A formal schooling would update you with the most recent trends and the analysis of past styles that have recreated the industry.

A fashion school, like any education establishment will help you seek out your own niche. You may have creative ideas lurking in your mind but these free flowing ideas would be turned into nothing if not properly directed.
